Too Stinkin' Cute!
I found this headband in Ashlyn's closet and decided to put it on her to play with her Daddy... He hates them! Turns out, she looked pretty darn cute in the thing!

Somebody's Growing Up!
Ashlyn is such a happy baby. Matt and I have been so blessed with this little girl!
Big blue eyes!
She loves being naked.
Due to her blocked tear ducts, she often looks like a little puppy. I couldn't help but post this picture of her sleepy puppy dog face!
I give her a bath every night around 9:00 or 10:00. She loves it! She has started to sleep at least eight hours at night now (sometimes up to 10!)... I give credit to the Johnson & Johnson Bedtime line of wash and lotion!

Mother's Day 2009
This Mother's Day was unlike any other for me. It's still hard to believe I'm actually a Mommy! My dad was the first to call me this morning wishing me a Happy Mother's Day. So strange. Matt bought me a beautiful long stem rose and a card from him and Bug. I'm including pictures and a video he took with his phone while Ashlyn was "signing" the card. So cute! Ashlyn has been such a blessing to our family and I can't wait to celebrate this special day every year.

Happy Baby Girl!
Ashlyn was so playful this morning. After several attempts, I finally got her "talking" on video! (Side note: Please excuse the super loud washing machine in the background!)

She absolutely LOVES her ladybug mobile... Even the bug with the messed up wing! :o) She will lay in her crib for quite a while and "coo" at it. As soon as it stops spinning and playing music, she definitely lets me know!
